Which AuRACLE is right for my aircraft? click for answer
If you are currently using a JPI engine monitor system, the AuRACLE CRM2101 is designed as a direct replacement instrument. New installations and those without the JPI engine monitor would use the AuRACLE CRM2100.

For certified aircraft, see our list of authorized installation facilities. Experimental customers can either do their own or have it done by an A&P.

Is the AuRACLE easy to install? click for answer
As with all avionics equipment, certain electrical/electronics skills are required. That being said, each system comes with a pre-made, labeled, harness, sensor package, and detailed installation manual.

How do I download my flight data? click for answer
Each system is supplied with a USB Flash Drive for downloading flight data.

Is the AuRACLE sunlight readable? click for answer
One of the features of the AuRACLE is its sunlight readability, greater than 500 nits.

Do I need any backup instrumentation? click for answer
No, the AuRACLE is designed and certified as primary engine instrumentation and has built in redundancy.

Is the AuRACLE software upgradeable? click for answer
Yes, however at this time the system MUST be returned to the factory for software updates.

What is the reliability of the system? click for answer
The AuRACLE has been designed to the highest standards for aviation electronics.  The MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) is rated in excess of 10,000 hours and was calculated using the MIL-STD-217 handbook for establishing the rating guidelines.

Which GPS will the AuRACLE interface with? click for answer
The AuRACLE currently interfaces with Garmin GPS and King GPS systems and will expand the list as required by customer demand.

Can I configure the screens? click for answer
Only Experimental customers can change the configuration of their systems.

What is the boot up time? click for answer
Approximately one minute.

Which engines can I use the AuRACLE with? click for answer
We can supply a sensor package for any non-turbine aircraft engine and will address alternative engines on an individual basis.

Is there an audible alarm in the AuRACLE? click for answer
Yes, anytime a configured parameter goes into alarm, and audible signal is sent to your audio panel or it can be tied to a light.

Is there an AuRACLE for my twin? click for answer
The twin version will be ready in Spring of 2008.
